In addition, the American Citizen Services unit is offering walk-in hours from 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday for those wishing to speak directly with a consular officer regarding disrupted travel plans.
U.S. citizens have also been encouraged to enroll in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program and follow updates from the United States Department of State for the latest travel and security information.
